This experience may be concurrent with the required five (5) years’ program management experience; - Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. - Experience in Oversight Program Support Management for IT projects. Nature of Job: Oversight Program Support Management to undertake the following tasks; · Supervise and Monitor PM. Supervise for on-boarding resources beyond the core team, initiating document reviews, and initiating any other oversight program support assignments as needed. Monitor and report on oversight program progress to DoIT management via periodic meetings. Work with DoIT on billing State agencies for oversight services. · Duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing MITDP documentation, communicating with MITDP project teams and stakeholders, contributing to DoIT MITDP reports, and attending project related meetings. May be assigned other oversight program support duties. · Manage Independent Assessment Services for third party independent assessments but are not limited to: 1) information systems auditing and quality assurance, 2) risk assessment analysis; and 3) assessment of IT contractor experience, capabilities, products, and services. · Evaluate agency business processes, procedures, and operations in conjunction with MITDP and other IT initiatives.
