Looking for SAP BO Developer in St. Louis, MO – 12+ Months - Please share resumes to lu...@itstrategiesinc.com Job Details: - We are seeking a mid to senior level Business Intelligence developer focused primarily on the SAP BusinessObject suite of tools (Webi, Crystal Reports, XCelsius). - The main focus areas within BOBJ will be Webi universe and report development. - The candidate should be comfortable working in a wide range of scenarios include very formal lifecycle projects and ad-hoc work directly with end users. - We are primarily an Oracle shop and therefore strong Oracle and SQL skills are a requirement. Description: - We have an opening on the US IT Business Intelligence team for a BI Developer role supporting a broad range of US Commercial areas. These areas include Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Technology Development. - This individual will contribute to the execution of the US IT Business Intelligence team roadmap by supporting Business Objects users, universes, dashboards and reports. - Business Objects is an integral part of Monsanto’s US Commercial reporting and analytics strategy to facilitate improved decision making. Responsibilities include: • Collaborate with US Business customers and the US IT Data Management team to enhance reporting and data access in support of the growing business strategy. • Develop modify and maintain BusinessObjects universes, reports and dashboards. • Utilize Remedy and Teamtrack to submit and process access requests. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of Business Objects and resolve or escalate as appropriate. • Author and execute Oracle SQL statements in order to satisfy “ad hoc” data requests. • Collaborate with the US IT Data Management team to identify data discrepancies, issues, integration gaps and opportunities in order to expand the capabilities of US IT data warehousing. Required skills/experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. • Strong customer service focus with the ability to professionally manage communications with a wide range of end users. • 5+ years of IT experience • 3+ in Business Objects Universe development • 3+ years experience in Business Objects Web Intelligence report development • 1+ year experience in XCelsius development • 3+ years experience in Oracle SQL development • 3+ years experience in MS Access, Word, Excel • Superior analytical skills, be able to think through and research complex problems • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a changing business environment • Results oriented and able to drive issue resolution Desired skills/experience: • Qlikview development experience • Crystal Reports development experience • Remedy end user experience • Teamtrack end user experience Thanks & Regards…. ?
