Business Systems Analyst II 3+ years hands on experience with Varicent and other leading ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tools. Experience with medium to large scale implementations as project BSA. Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSA’s involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. 3+ years hands on experience with leading ICMS tools like Callidus and Varicent Experience with multiple medium to large scale implementations Significant hands on experience with Varicent ICMS 7 or higher. Experience with Imports (file based and ODBC), calculations, data stores, simple and complex reports. Requirements 3+ years experience with requirements definition and traceability 2+ years Scrum/agile development experience Some financial services BSA experience with both data and systems analysis QA and testing phase experience 2+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases of projects Deep knowledge of specific technologies and new and current architectures Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (2-4 yrs) Strong; Demonstrated experience supporting requirements, data and systems analysis Detailed requirements experience with COTS implementations Good negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; experience with public speaking Provides clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management Business Systems Analyst III 7+ years hands on experience with Varicent and other leading ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tools. Some experience with complex reporting scenarios using large amounts of data. Experience with automation in Varicent - Scheduler, CLI, workflow automation, setting up of groups, trees etc Experience leading upgrades from Varicent 7.x to 8. Experience deploying both Websphere and Weblogic. 7+ year experience Requirements definition and traceability 3+ years Financial Services experience with both data and systems analysis 5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projects Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (5yrs.+) Agile (scrum) development experience (3+ yrs). QA experience ok.
