PLEASE GET ME SOME RESUMES FAST.****** *******MUST BE LOCAL FOR A FACE TO FACE******* Description: - Managing win-engineer team providing tier 3 support, guidance, runbook and governance on windows infra ,including SCOM, SCCM, windows/ intel based arch and thin client technology . - Manage, plan and design windows based solution with long-term, strategic objectives for shared service offerings and application capabilities - Oversee and ensure the delivery of stable, scalable, enterprise-class windows solutions. - Identify and design the implementation of core windows technologies for shared technology services - Work with senior management to make strategic architecture and application technology decisions - Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture group to align tactical solutions with strategic principles - Work with development teams to ensure solutions are aligned to the enterprise and solution-specific architectures - Deliver engineering doc for enterprise windows based enterprise projects. - Work with CTO office, vendors on evaluating, recommending and designing tech solution to meet business need and work with project management office on the enterprise project roll out plan. - Vendor involvement on planning ,implementation and POC validation. - Play liaison role to get tech resource from various tech pillars, such as networking, storage and security , on delivering implementation guideline and runbook. - Wintel related tech governance, standardization , best practice , business continuity, enterprise monitoring and capacity management. *Qualifications* - 8+ years of experience architecting complex enterprise scale windows based solution plus minimum 5 years of project management and supervisory experience in the field of windows related tech. - Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures, enterprise monitoring ( SCOM experience is preferred) , project management, client/server applications, security operation. - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft’s Windows Server OS (2008/2012), SQL, SCCM,Active Directory, Microsoft Clustering, Terminal Services and Vmware virtualization. - Extensive experience with Dell server hardware is strongly desired (RAID configurations, H/W redundancy options, server management tools) - Excellent analytic, organization, presentation and facilitation skills. - Outstanding collaboration and team building skills Thanks and Regards Andy Talent Acquisition Team Glomark International LLC* *Direct: 908-333-5816 Fax: 908-688-5816* Email: *a...@glomark-llc.com / *Gtalk: ** glomarka...@gmail.com* <glomarka...@gmail.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
