Must-haves * Engaging and excited personality with a strong desire to learn through both structured formal education and self-directed activities Experience working on web-based projects that have progressed through the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Ability to facilitate user business needs and requirements sessions, and articulate these requirements to the project team, and develop Requirement Documentation (design mock ups) Ability to work closely and effectively with users and internal project teams while building strong relationships.
