Working experience in an IT financial or business management environment. *Competencies:* Expert knowledge in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint For MS Excel, should have expertise in *vlookups, pivot tables*, if statements, data manipulation, macros, etc. Skilled at working with large data sets in Excel, quickly resolving data-related issues. Experience working with IT Cost Management or Cost Transparency systems such as Apptio or Digital Fuel/VMW. Broad understanding of IT services, financial management, accounting and operational management processes and practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling and program portfolio management. Broad understanding of IT infrastructure domains including networks/communications, servers, storage and mainframe environments. Strong written & verbal communication skills Skilled at communicating and managing issues with technical teams in a production environment.
