Please let me know on sa...@riderconsultinginc.com if you have any good resources for the below position mentioned Role: Cognos Report Writer(Automotive Experience needed) Location: Montvale, NJ Duration: 2-3 months Start: ASAP Interview: Phone Cognos Report Writer with Automotive Experience Job Description: Responsibilities: · We are looking for a Cognos Report Writer with significant experience in development using all of the Cognos version 8.4.1 tools. · It is extremely important that this developer have excellent communication skills, as interaction with Business Users will be frequent. · This individual will have to take reporting specs created by the Business Users and work with that department’s IT support team to generate the intended results. · He/She will be working primarily in Report Studio, but could potentially work with Query Studio and Analysis Studio. · The Business Unit is looking to automate and deliver reports to various consumers, so familiarity with advanced features of Cognos is important. · Experience with Cognos 10, Cognos running within the IBM zLinux / Websphere environment or Cognos on a distributed platform would be considered a plus. · This developer must be a self-starter that is able to work in a small team environment, where many different hats may be worn in a day, multiple developers contribute to the goals of the department, and work may be shared among any of these developers.
