This team develops and supports IT service management tools for GTI GSO. This person is expected to be involved in all phases of Agile software development life cycle. Responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements, designing, developing and building frameworks and solutions supporting IT service management related functionalities and tools, testing and deploying various solutions into different environments.
