*Requirement as follows:* *Title: MDM Tester with Webservices* Location (city & state): Erie, PA Duration: Long term No of positions: 2 Rate: pls share profiles with best rates *Job Description:* * * *Required Skills:* Functional test leadership experience. Test planning and test execution management experience. Quality Center experience (or equivalent). Software application and data quality validation experience. Strong database, SQL, XML and web service skills. Other Preferred skills: Work experience with IBM's Info sphere Master Data Management Server version 8.5/9.0/10.0 on Windows (Desirable) platform. Hands on experience working on project lifecycle and understanding Application Architecture in MDM. Good understanding of data mapping, MDM additions, extensions, composite, batch frameworks. Experience with MDM domains and schema including insurance/banking as well as data/service mapping. Good understanding of web services and XML schemas. Exposure or awareness of Info sphere MDM Suspect Duplicate Processing and Ever greening. Good understanding/awareness of Data Quality and standardization process in MDM space. Experience working with/supporting Integration activities. Strong experience in all aspects of testing including functional, integration, regression and system. Experience testing the initial and subsequent extract/transformation processes from source systems to MDM databases. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including root cause analysis. Experience testing custom and composite services. Ability to work collaboratively with business/system analyst to validate test/business scenarios and with developers to validate functionality/logic during the lifecycle of the projects. Create effective test plan, manual/automated test scripts using various test tools, prepare/gather test data and track/report defects using tracking tools. Proactive in researching various tests tools available /automate scripts available and to determine if they can be replaced with the existing test tools. Data migration; Data integration surrounding MDM and its suppliers and consumers. Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to write complex queries and Business Objects. Software application testing experience with MDM along with experience testing ETL and Data Warehouse projects. Experience with testing in a Service Oriented Architecture environment. Strong leadership, multi task, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively as an individual or as a part of the team at all levels of the organization.
