Experienced technical writing in the English language ii. Documentation specialization should be in IT – architecture documents, process diagrams, flow charts, system user manuals iii. Proficient in using MS Office Professional suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) iv. Information analysis and organization skills v. Communications skills and working with multiple teams to gather, structure and consolidate content. vi. Ability to create effective and visually appealing presentations for executives Mandatory Functional Skills 1. Ability to create and use Atlassian Confluence or similar wiki software 2.
