Centive was a COTS product which went bankrupt and Liberty got its source code via escrow agreement. The application is Java front end with PL/SQL stored procedures, WAS6 as middleware and Oracle 11g as DB. It has a number of issues (performance, scalability, coding standards, framework, etc.) They have initiated on a 3 phase engagement. **** *Phase 1* : Document the functional and technical specs of the application.
