*Location: **Boston/MA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Mode of Interview: Phone hire only* *Job Summary:* This position supports client customers by performing Tier 3 level support for LAN/WAN systems and equipment. The Systems *Engineer* is responsible for the design, development and refinement of all *network* systems and infrastructure. This position is responsible for the technical and project management support on large complex projects and has total responsibility for some projects. Lead and project manage major IT initiatives for the *Network* Services Group. Work direction is self generated and/or received from manager through verbal or documented instruction. *Responsibilities: * · Plans and implements *network* projects of varying complexities by acting as Lead, ensuring other members of the IT team and external contractors or vendors are involved. · Perform advanced level *network* administration independently by installing and configuring data communications devices. · Perform *network* monitoring of all *network* devices using SNMP management. · Experienced with implementation and support of Microsoft OS and technologies to include Active Directory/DHCP/Domain Services. · Support systems by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring shared *network* resources such as file servers, routers, switches and external devices. · Act as Lead by managing and coordinating resources for large IT rollouts and initiatives. · Evaluate product offerings and provide recommendations. · Must have strong judgment capacity in crisis management, escalation and situation problem management. · Provide technical expertise in disaster recovery planning and business continuation. · Accountable to determine system problem fallback and recovery procedures with specific corrective action. · Perform system utility functions to manage and monitor *network* and remote systems by developing scripts and programs. · Other duties as assigned. *Job Requirements:* · 7-10 years in depth knowledge of LAN/WAN networking systems demonstrating progressive responsibilities. · Microsoft Certified Systems *Engineer* (MCSE) · Cisco Certified *Network* Associate.(CCNA) · VPN methodologies, VMWARE, Virtual Center Console, Citrix and firewalls. · Experienced with providing technical support for SQL, IIS and web sites. · *Network* Security principles, technology and defense. · Firewall installation, maintenance, and configuration · Expert level of understanding of data communications concepts and theory. · Expert level of understanding of 2003 Active Directory enterprise services. · Experience with various operating systems and hardened appliance systems. · Ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Reputation as a team player and collaborator with others. -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Rishu* *RG Talent Inc* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0758 Ext-111 Email :*rahul.ri...@rgtalent.com <rahul.ri...@rgtalent.com>* URL : www.rgtalent.com *YIM/GTalk --> rahul.rishu05* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
