Looking for * UI Developer in Wilmington, DE – 6+ Months *- Please share resumes to lu...@itstrategiesinc.com *Phone and then F2F Interview * *Job Description:* • 2-5 years of HTML and CSS experience with the ability to hand-code • 2-5 years experience with web standards and CSS-driven layouts • Thorough understanding of cross-browser and platform compatibility issues • Experience with mobile platform development is a plus • 2-5 years experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Fireworks for producing and optimizing graphics for the Web • Knowledge of other Web development and graphic design software, including Illustrator and Flash, is a plus • Knowledge of AJAX, including DOM scripting and object-oriented JavaScript coding, is a plus • Must possess strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography. • Must have understanding of user-centered design principles and a great eye for detail. • Able to develop innovative approaches to complex design problems and can convey ideas into tangible form. • Experience with agile methodologies a plus Is he more of a designer or a developer and if he says he is a developer, is he “hand coding”? i.e. is he working on the underlying source code, is he writing HTML documents for the web (rather than in a specialized editor)?
