*Position :* Philips Xcelera Application Support Specialist *Location :* NY *Duration : *6 months plus *Philips Xcelera Application Support Specialist* The *Application Specialist* will be responsible for supporting the complete Solution Delivery Life Cycle of Cardiovascular solutions across a large multi-facility acute and ambulatory care setting environment including, full responsibility for hands-on system daily support, new implementations and application upgrades. *The successful candidate would:* *Have a minimum of 3 years experience in implementing and supporting clinical information systems in a multi-facility healthcare environment *Have Cardiovascular applications experience specifically *some* in *Philips Xcelera ( but can be mostly with PACS)* *Be proficient in clinical information systems design, build, testing and support of full cycle application development implementations *Maintain high-level understanding of core clinical systems, HL7 interfaces, data warehouse, etc. *Demonstrate the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with teammates, project teams, and physician stakeholders. *Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, clinical field, or equivalent experience in related field strongly preferred.
