*Location: Baton Rouge/LA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Interview Mode: Phone & Face2Face* *Expenses paid for the F2F Interview.* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* This techno-functional position is primarily responsible for architecting, planning, creating design specifications, implementing improvements, conducting tests, and troubleshooting financial systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for the planning, design specifications, improvements, tests, and troubleshooting of reports, the production of ad-hoc reports, and the technical review and analysis of software fixes, patches, upgrades, and releases to the company’s core and/or integrated systems. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Keeps up-to-date with appropriate technology and solutions; and shares knowledge to maintain optimal and mutually beneficial solution design and implementation, and achievement of service and support expectations. • Responds to, and provides resolutions for, core and integrated financial system inquiries in accordance with the Systems Development Life Cycle methodology to ensure business continuity and further the company’s goals. • Documents, validates, and prepares the techno-functional design specifications for interfaces, reports, and software fixes to ensure efficient, accurate, and quality configuration of the company’s core and integrated systems. • Develops and maintains the appropriate documentation to support identified record-keeping and change control of core and integrated systems’ configuration and design. • Develops necessary materials and facilitates meetings with Operations, IT, and Finance peers, while participating in strategic system and resource planning for the core and integrated systems. * QUALIFICATIONS:* • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Decision Science or related field required. • Minimum seven years professional programming/analysis required; to include ERP systems experience. • Techno-functional experience required. • Advanced Oracle PL/SQL skills required. • Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports required. • Strong experience with operational and technical analysis; design; and the understanding of integrations, interdependencies, and interfacing system. • Demonstrable cross-functional understanding of the use of financial systems; and the impact on integrated systems. • Demonstrable experience with project and resource planning. • High degree of analytical ability to meet project objectives; develop techno-functional requirements; and analyze the severity of problems and the need to escalate to management or employ external services. • Sound knowledge of production operations, quality practices, and client service required. • Strong oral and written communication skills including making and delivering presentations; along with the ability to translate technical terminology and processes to functional users. *SKILLS:* • Software skills: PeopleSoft • Technical skills: Crystal Reports, Oracle Financials, Oracle Reports • Additional skills: Must be highly experienced with PeopleSoft Asset Management -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Rahul Rishu* *RG Talent Inc* 39120 Argonaut way Suite # 157, Fremont CA 94538 Phone : 510-443-0758 Ext-111 Email :*rahul.ri...@rgtalent.com <rahul.ri...@rgtalent.com>* URL : www.rgtalent.com *YIM/GTalk --> rahul.rishu05* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
