Job Description:
Remote or Onsite: On
location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote
work.

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze
user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to
improve existing systems;
- Perform
complex (journey-level) computer developers analysis
work;
- Work
under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative
and independent judgment;
- Analyze
and test new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs
for efficiency and effectiveness;
- Conduct
studies and prepare reports that include study findings, recommendations, and
instructions for proposed system implementations; formulate logical
descriptions of problems; and devise optimum solutions;
- Design,
modify, and implement new or revised systems to serve new purposes or improve
work flow;
- Determine
operational, technical and support requirements for the location,
installation, operation and maintenance of office equipment, computer
and data systems;
- Provide
technical assistance and support for troubleshooting applications and hardware
problems;
- Review
and analyze computer printouts, reports, and performance indicators to locate
code problems and correct errors by modifying or correcting
code;
- Assist
with defining the goals of the system and devises flow charts and diagrams
describing logical operational steps of the
programs.
Requirements:
- Experience
developing analysis and design work (8+ years);
- Experience
solving problems, scheduling, testing, installing, implementing programs,
troubleshooting computer systems (5+ years);
- Experience
analyzing systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and
procedures, to handle multiple projects, to communicate effectively, and to
train others (5+ years);
- Experience
as a Developer Analyst on IT projects dealing with multiple, complex process
areas and business groups (3+ years);
- Experience
with Office Professional Plus 2010 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) (3+
years);
- Experience
with the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, of the techniques
used in the design of non-automated systems, of information technology
equipment, of applicable programming languages, of computer hardware and
software, of computer operating systems, of writing program code, and of
automated mapping (3+ years);
- Experience
as a Salesforce Administrator (2+ years);
- Experience
with Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA, Microsoft Project and Microsoft
Visio (1+ year) (preferred);
- Experience
with salesforce.com, inc.
