Good business analysis and communication skills Ability to write functional and messaging specifications Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to interact and manage the business team and related stakeholders Should have team oriented and results driven approach Message design and overall messaging architecture experience Good understanding of XML, W3C XML Schema and XSLT Ability to write SQL queries and check data in tables using editors like Toad Some level of working experience or a good understanding of Java/J2EE based application development using Oracle database.
