 Senior Analytics / Data Analytics Role ---   Support all of WSI's Brands
directly - it is all about insights over  the web business
*         Very much involved with the data at a technical level ..being
able to access data run SQL queries in CDW  all about insights over the
web  at at a technical level. ALSO a very.business centric role as well
*         Person who can balance from Technical level analytics experience
and know the business side
*         Someone who can be from analytics background and have the
technical  core skills data so they are self sufficient ... understand there
is data in Data Warehouse ... Data Analytics platform here is where the data
is in both places and if I want to get to both and have insights this is
what I do
*         Lot of specific analytic exp comes with this
*         Strategic .. no one can tell them pull this pull that .. person
will work with brand and bus teams and know what analysis will be
necessary..ex .. there is a lot of back order ..now know how to understand
that and go fix that .. be strategic..bus..analytic skills
*         Especially with eccomerce analytics...experience to know how to
solve this after gaining the info from business teams etc.
*         Must be ecom not necessariliy retail..if they have on line
presence this is good ..
*         Someone familiar with ecom  ...retail is a plus
*         Must have analytics experience and ecommerce exp..
*         Flexible with years of exp..
*         Will also look at junior people and bring them in and help them
grow
*         Flexible on that... they want to find the right persons and bring
them on board and train and develop them.


They want us to look for good people..
*         Find the above the analytic person who has the spark and is
looking potentially to gain more experience in Retail etc..and grow into
full time
*         Look for good people ...been able to find at the right level
*         Flexible on the levels
