This role will support the required project management activities supporting multiple sites in U.S. *Overall Accountabilities* - Create and Manage relevant project artifacts including: Project Plans, Reporting Packs and Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Assumptions. - Track BI and Data warehouse specific artifacts like Physical Model, Requestor Spreadsheet and Meta data management - Participate in Data Mapping - Prepare and review DRAFT functional test plan which will define testing expectations for Quality management (QAO) team. - Responsible for RBPM documents for Data Warehouse-led projects - Provide Clarity Resource Management for all Data Warehouse team resource - Collect and store documents - Arrange for Business approvals and signoffs - Process invoices and manage budget - Hold and document weekly Data Warehouse status meetings with CIM team, managing a project plan containing all large and small project efforts - Providing the business with a "face" to escalate and coordinate production problems to minimize wait time.(Be first line of defence) *Leadership & Teamwork* Lead and develop an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices. Job Requirements: *Qualifications* * 10+ years of proven experience as a project manager in a program or change group with initiation and execution experience. * Project Management of large BI and Data warehouse projects * Management skillset of leading functional matrix teams globally with associated experience in directing delivery with influence and negotiation skill set versus direct managerial oversight.
