Develop innovative UX designs to meet requirements, including screen mockups, and behavioral/interaction design. Participate in reviewing other UX deliverables. Provide input to design discussions; propose solutions and alternatives. Contribute to UX work estimates; perform trade-offs between design, schedule and cost, and resource constraints, and recommend alternatives. Contribute to BusinessObjects dashboard and reporting user interface guidelines and design standards. Four or more years of recent experience as a UX designer with solid skills in user-centered design methodologies and a demonstrated ability to create high-quality UX deliverables. Must exhibit a high tolerance for ambiguity and must demonstrate skills in analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective collaboration with others.
