Good SAP functional Knowledge. Good understanding of Oracle DB and tuning Come up with a right performance test approach, plan, strategy and work load model Conduct quick POC's to demonstrate the benefits of the performance testing / proposed approach Strong hands on experience in preparing complex scripts using Load runner multiple protocols including SAP Web, SAP GUI Set up scenarios in Load runner with various run time settings Setup monitors for various subsystems , coordinate and work with network, system and server admins, during performance test.
