*Job Description:*
Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the
resulting contract should include:
Extensive knowledge of MoDOT’s organizational
structure
3+ years of experience with the following:
o Visual Studio
o ASP.NET C#
o JavaScript
o jQuery framework
o Oracle 10/11g database server
o SQL and PL/SQL
o MVC Architecture
o JSON
o Web Services
1+ years of experience with the following:
o Bootstrap CSS framework
o ASP.NET MVC 4
o IBM Lotus Notes
All estimated numbers provided herein are for informational purposes only
and are not intended to reflect any guaranteed usage of this PAQ. MoDOT
does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the offeror’s services
that may be required under this PAQ. Additional services will be requested
on an as needed if needed basis. If the need for additional services
arises, the offeror and MoDOT will agree in writing on the scope, timing
and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work.
*For critical support, it will be assumed, for evaluation purposes only,
232 hours of PAQ work will be performed during the contract period.* The
Offeror shall provide the classification titles and associated per hour
rates for all classifications they intend to utilize. Issue documentation
will include cost estimates based on hourly rates in this PAQ in order to
determine estimates for complete work. The cost evaluation for this PAQ
will be worth a total of 50 points*. *
The Offeror shall agree and understand that the quantities used in the
evaluation of cost are provided solely to document how cost will be
evaluated. MoDOT makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the
quantities stated nor does MoDOT intend to imply that the figures used for
the cost evaluation in any way reflect actual nor anticipated usage.
o Design CCO Expert Witness interface
o Develop and migrate to production six (6) Private Counsel forms
o Develop and migrate to production five (5) Expert Witness forms
o Provide application testing
o Provide operational feedback to staff as needed
o Provide skills and knowledge transfer to MoDOT
employees
o Contractor will be required to be onsite, unless prior approval
is received from MoDOT

Develop Private Counsel forms

Testing of code

Effective oral and written communication with MoDOT staff.
Satisfactory feedback from staff and management.
Transfer key knowledge and educate staff in applicable areas
As confirmed by MoDOT staff members assuming the responsibilities
identified under this PAQ.
Update system and user documentation as needed
due to fixes and enhancements
Create documentation for new functionality
Provide instruction to staff regarding changes or
new functionality
