Location: MN-Minnesota/St. Paul
Duration: 6 Months

*Only required USC,GC,EAD-GC Consultant for this requirement*
* Required: *• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 8 years of
equivalent work experience without a degree
• 5+ years overall IT or analyst experience gained through a combination of
formal training and progressive work experience
• 3+ years business analyst experience to include gathering ad translating
business/systems requirements, process review and design and data analysis
• Experience with a major ERP package (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson
Software etc.)
• Experience with one or more of the following: Financial tools,
SharePoint, data warehousing, business intelligence, compliance,
regulatory, etc.
• Implementation experience of a major HRIS package
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to bridge
communication between technical areas and business areas for a full and
complete understanding of expectations
*Desired: *
• Reporting tools, i.e. Crystal Reports
• SPHR or other specific industry certification
• Formal SAP training
