She/he should have a solid understanding in common business processes supporting these organizations. Projects may cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. She/he will work with cross-functional teams consisting of PMO, Risk management, Operations, System Developers, QA, UAT, Help Desk, and Business Subject Matter Experts. She/he will have a solid understanding of common Master Data Management (MDM) practices. Business Systems Analyst Mandatory Skills: • BS in Computer Science, MIS or other technical discipline. • Experience required working with business units worldwide. • Experience organizing highly complex activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of projects. • 5 years experience in development and maintenance of effective procedures to collect problem reports, enhancement requests, and strategic objectives for IT and Business process plans. • Collect and communicate priorities for resolving issues presented. • Documented experience in handling multiple projects. • Experience documenting complex business processes. • 5 years experience gathering and documenting business requirements. • 5 years experience in the following areas: -MS-Project -SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience • Knowledge of Siebel CRM version 7.8 or greater. • Knowledge of Oracle CRM OnDemand or similar SaaS based CRM system • Experience participating in multi-site, global implementations. • Experience working with offshore teams. • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook • Strong communication skills and a proven track record working with business users identifying needs, documenting requirements and processes. • Innovative thinker who can recommend system solutions to meet challenging business problems. • Working individually or with a project team, identifies risks and proposes contingency / mitigation plans. • Participate in multiple projects simultaneously as a subject matter expert.
