experience leading Agile software projects o Experience with system
requirements and their constraints/dependencies o Ability to break down

Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR business area or
healthcare industry ·
Ability to organize and lead project related meetings with customer,

Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,
Access) ·
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Team Foundation Server
(TFS) ·
Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD)
sessions ·
Experience working with test plans and test
cases ·
Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and develop
requirements ·
Experience with Program Status Reporting ·
Experience with Program Quality Management ·
Experience with Program Budget Management ·
Experience with Program Resource/Staffing

Extensive experience with Program Change

Extensive experience with Program Issue

Extensive experience with project development methodology and project
management methodology and able to apply methodology in a practical
manner ·
Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State or other
team members for direction ·
Excellent written and verbal communication
