Administration for medium to large organization. Proficient in SFDC
Administrative tasks: creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email
Services, Approvals, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events, Workflows, and
Validation Rules
Additional Requirements - Experience with ServiceMax including SFM (Service
Flow Manager) console, and mobile app preferred.

System Analyst: Salesforce, ServiceMax
We are seeking an experienced, high caliber a ServiceMax System Analyst to
work as part of the Global IT Sales Applications team. This position is
responsible for day-to-day system administration duties, participating in
application enhancement, application development, maintenance, and
supporting the management of IT projects within the Salesforce/ServiceMax
application. Employees act on their strong desire to make a difference,

Impact this role will have on St. Jude Medical:
• Answers questions from end-users and assist business users in
implementing changes for quarterly releases including: testing to ensure
accuracy, working with the services organization to assist users in
accepting new functions and deploying the new enhancements.
• Acts as primary application subject matter expert and provide that
specialized technical knowledge to contribute to the achievement of
business objectives.
• Assists the business by identifying opportunities for effective use of
the application’s technology, developing or configuring requested
enhancements, implementing and supporting IT solutions on time and on
budget.
• Performs day-to-day administrative and technical activities in order to
support the business users.
• Evaluates, escalates and coordinates resolution of environment-related
issues with appropriate personnel.
• Provides subject matter expertise for functionality within ServiceMax and
staying current on new and upcoming enhancements.
• Creates functional specifications for systems to meet business
requirements.
• Configures workflow, dashboards, and other application components
according to specifications collected from end-users and recommend best
practices from application vendors.
• Configures system settings and options; plan and execute unit testing,
integration testing and user acceptance testing, and Coordinating with
business users during the requirements definition process.
• Tests new enhancements and functions to ensure quality.
• Scripts some unit, system, integration and user acceptance tests.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administration for
medium to large organization.
• Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks: creating Profiles, Roles, Users,
Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and
Events, Workflows, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with ServiceMax including SFM (Service Flow Manager) console,
and mobile app preferred.
• Understanding of integration tools and processes.
• Ability to clearly articulate SFDC best-practices and solution reasoning
to the business unit including escalating issues to management when
necessary.
• Must have excellent project and time management skills with the ability
to juggle multiple projects/tasks.
• Self-directed, efficient, with excellent analytical and problem solving
skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate technical
issues to the business unit.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Apex Trigger, Visual Force, SOQL, Customer Portal &
Partner Portal, Apex Data Loader and the Salesforce object model.
• Experience handling all aspects of case management and platform
maintenance.
