Job Description:*Key Result Areas*

·         Project Management – Lead execution of projects by managing
project scope, tasks, goals, deliverables, resources and timelines in
accordance with the Whirlpool Delivery Methodology (WDM) and tools
·         Budget & Resource Planning - Develop and manage project plans,
resources and budget using WDM tools
·         Requirements Specification – Translate business/functional
requirements into technical design. Collaborate with process partners to
clearly define the required landscape specifications and resource
requirements needed to deliver the project objective(s)
·         Cross Functional Collaboration - Maintain a critical
communication channel with the Whirlpool Infrastructure Project Delivery
team, Vertical Leads, and any strategic or other 3rd Party vendors to
ensure successful implementation of the project solution
·         Validation Testing - Ensure a thorough testing plan to include
all components of the system meet specifications and maintain integrity.
·         Process Documentation - Ensure internal processes, procedures,
tools and infrastructure are documented, maintained with accuracy, and
adhered to in day to day operations
·         Testing -  Ensure testing results are documented in the
appropriate tools.
·         Governance – Lead the WDM governance and oversight activities
including project tollgates, Architecture Review Boards,  Stage Gates and
other reviews as necessary for your respective projects
·         Training & Communication – Work with the Whirlpool Subject Matter
Experts, Vertical Leads, and any strategic or other 3rd party vendors to
create and/or manage the change management,  communication and training
plans
·         Metrics Reporting - Ensure appropriate reporting on key project
and quality metrics are established


Job Requirements: *Qualifications*

*MBA / BTech / BE*

*Experience*

·         Education – Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems
·         Experience - 7+ years of  IT related assignments of increasing
scope

   - Must have played a role in *1 to 2 full cycle implementations*
   - Comprehensive understanding of *SAP's customizing toolset, including
   IMG (Implementation Management Guide).*
   - Firm understanding of the *technical concepts within SAP R/3&ECC*
   (4.6C, ECC6) including the data dictionary, data browser, and functional
   configuration.
   - Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the
   application
   - *SAP configuration & Functional skills in MM Module* – *MM Master
   data, MRP run, Purchase cycle, External service management, Inventory
   Management, Batch* *Handling,  SAP Reporting etc*

·         Accountable – Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual
and shared, to achieve results
·         Collaborative - Ability to work beyond boundaries in a team
environment
