*Business Analyst* *Location: New York, NY (LOCALS OR NEARBY)* *Duration: 9 months* *Rate:$40/hrc2c* *Lo**oking* for a *Business Analyst* to provide expertise for analysis projects in the literature, content, open data, emergency reporting, agency performance reports and legal and press requests for data and management of the various ID’s issued. This Business Analyst be closely involved the following initiatives: - Development and analysis on a new reporting system using Customer Relations Management software (CRM) as the current system (Siebel) is being replaced. - Database management of service content, programming document, Siebel IDs and all data in Analytics. - Maintenance and design of service content projects, literature and inventory. - Data analysis of agency & unit performance, legal searches and press searches. - Documentation for ongoing emergency, report and open data projects. - Tracking of service changes for our content documents, mobile Applications file and our - Open Data inventory. *Required* - 3 years’ experience in Information Systems and Data analysis. - Master’s degree in one of the Information Systems disciplines. - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel, Visio, Power Point and Word. *Desired* - Knowledge of Siebel and Siebel Analytics is preferred. - Understanding of Project Management is a plus. - Database management and analytics experience is preferred.
