The team is comprised of 15-20 developers/testers. Coordination within the team will be key. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. · A Bachelor's degree is required for this role along with a minimum of 1 year experience (2+ is preferred). In this role, you will help coordinate and participate in the testing of a web-based electronic discovery platform Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for manual and automated testing of product • Develop and execute manual and automated tests using Java, Test Complete, and Selenium. • Partner with software development staff to resolve application bugs and test upcoming application releases. • Actively participate in Iteration Planning, Stand-ups, and Team Retrospectives • Develop software-testing artifacts within an agile process • Proactively work to identify, clarify, and resolve issues; remove barriers within and outside the organization in a timely manner • Proactively share knowledge on best practices for testing software and share best practices across all the software development and testing groups for this project.
