Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* QA Testing Lead *Project Location* Milwaukee, WI *Duration* 3 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI :- Telephonic + Skype* * Must have* •Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written) •3+ years hands-on experience with testing tools such as the HP/Mercury Tool Suite (WinRunner, LoadRunner Quick TestPro (QTP), etc.) or other test tracking tools. •3+ years using Structured Query Language (SQL) •Highly experienced testing relevant database applications (Financial, Manufacturing, etc.). •Experience with build management procedures •Experience in administering and maintaining HP/Mercury Quality Center •5+ years relevant industry experience working in IT •Experienced in at least one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Unix Scripting, XML) •In-depth knowledge of ERP and web application server technology (e.g. WebSphere, SAP). •In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies. •Highly experienced in writing test plans and test cases, and documenting software defects and anomalies. •Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project) EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION: The QA & Testing Lead is responsible for reviewing deliverables by QA Analysts and Quality Engineers and organizing their efforts on various projects. This position will require the ability to create and maintain documents and deliverables associated with manual and automated testing of enterprise applications as well as a desire to maintain a high degree of quality. This person must exhibit the ability to understand the benefits of test automation and how to leverage it on various projects. The QA &Testing Lead will work closely with external groups to increase the quality of software delivered, including the development group in order to improve unit testing, systems analysts in order to improve requirements quality, business users and user testing groups in order to improve completeness of user testing.
