Using strong functional/ *business*expertise and technical competencies BSA, identifies, evaluates and develops systems and procedures that meet *business* user requirements. • Acting as marketing process/functional expert, collaborates with *business* SME on *business*transformation projects to suggest industry best practices, design scalable and optimized *business*processes. • Suggests system automation solutions to *business* problems or opportunities. Provides automated solutions that are cost effective and that meet user requirements. • Provides process & functional input in functional deliverables of project life cycle like analysis, functional design, functional testing, and implementation approach etc. • Builds strong partnership with *business* stakeholders, development partners and peers in other cross-functional team such as Sales, Channels, eBI • Works with users in specifying information flows, processes/procedures and data objects that will meet the *business* requirements. • Working with other System analysts & development teams or SaaS solution providers successfully delivers initiatives and meets project objectives. • Provides functional expertise to identify, evaluate and resolve applications issues. • Ensures functional quality of delivered application capabilities and solutions. • Documents work using the required standards, methods and tools. • Participates in user meetings and assists in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing. • Assists in defining, planning and justifying (in *business* terms) projects to develop/implement automated components of new or changed processes. • Prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time and solution alternatives to satisfy existing and future functional capabilities or needs. • Works with development team or SaaS solution providers for driving development activities for initiatives. *Requirements:* Should possess strong process and functional knowledge of Marketing *business* processes • Process & functional knowledge of adjoining processes like Marketing , Sales Channels desired. • Should have strong functional, feature and admin activity related knowledge & experience on MRM and Campaign/Lead management platforms (ex: Aprimo, Eloqua etc) or similar platforms. Process & functional knowledge of adjoining processes like SFA, Channels marketing desired. • Should have strong oral and written communication skills to clearly & concisely express ideas. • Should be able to build strong partnership with *business* stakeholders, development partners and peers in other cross-functional team. • Should be able to prepare detailed plan for functional deliverables in PLC and assist project manager in creating, maintain & tracking overall project plan. • Should be self-driven and with high level guidance should be able to deliver results. • Excellent oral and written communication skills; including process documentation. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task and project management • Experience with *business* process implementations using SaaS solutions is a plus Regards...
