The services provided over this infrastructure include company data, voice, video and Internet access. Network Engineers support on Computer Information Systems (CIS) projects, and are responsible for the maintenance of network technology diagrams, projects administration, standards and procedure documents. Troubleshoot and support data, voice, video and Internet network infrastructure Participate in assigned infrastructure change process - planning, approval, and implementation Move, Add and Changes (MAC) Assist with maintenance of network technology diagrams, configuration, document, and all related standards and procedures Support of internal network access control systems to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained Required Skills: BS in Technology-related field, equivalent work or military experience Certification: CCNA or equivalent work experience preferred 2-3 years of progressive experience required. Must possess proven ability as a member of an engineering support team and be able to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff Ability to work in teams and independently in a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks Working experience with Cisco Unified Data Center Fabric Technology: Nexus 2k, 5k and 7k switches Working experience with Cisco Integrated and Advanced Services Routers: 2800/2900/3900/7200/1000 Working experience with Cisco Catalyst platform: 2900/3700/3800/4500/6500 Strong working experience with current network technology: MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, VDC, EvPC, vPC, Cisco FabricPath, OTV, Rapid Spanning-Tree (RSTP)/ Spanning-Tree (STP), Virtual Route Forwarders (VRF), QoS, CoS, etc. Security, Wireless OR VOIP experience is a must.
