Must have proven experience in working directly with business customers. - Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment - ETL development and support experience using DataStage - Experience in Data Warehousing on large scale development leveraging industry standard enterprise class ETL tools - Leadership experience, including proven success in leading development teams in complex Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence project implementations - ETL code deployment, production troubleshooting experience - Strong ETL performance tuning skills to include the ability to quickly and efficiently analyze and resolve performance issues within a variety of operational environments. - Demonstrated ability to analyze data - SQL Server database experience - Demonstrated data analysis skills, to include the ability to dig in and understand complex models and business processes - Experience leading technical design for data integration to data warehouse - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, schemas, Slowly Changing Dimensions, and Facts and Dimensions, with the ability to coach and mentor business and technical staff - Must be a self-starter with a keen interest in technology and highly motivated toward success - Must be proactive and be prepared to address and lead meetings - Must show initiative and desire to learn business becoming a subject matter expert - Must be able to work independently and provide updates to management - Must have excellent problem solving skills and proven teamwork and communication skills Regards...
