*Job Title: Scrum Master / Agile Coach* *Location: Dunwoody, GA * *Duration : 6+ Months* *Responsibilities:* You will responsible for helping create high performing teams with a collective sense of ownership and drive to deliver through your Agile expertise and passion. You will be an organizational change agent and you will be responsible for helping with the innovation of techniques to evolve agile concepts and guide teams in establishing and following effective processes to manage planning, development and deployment. You should be able to guide team to develop, track and publish progress and help foresee risks and dependencies and manage them proactively as well as analyze risk and report problems and delays in meeting commitments. You will be the coach and mentor agile practices across the team(s) and you must be able to facilitate daily stand-up (scrum style) meetings and ensure iteration-based meetings (story huddle, ready-to-play, iteration open/close, retrospectives) as the team grows towards self-organization.
