Please send your available matching candidates on ke...@riderconsultinginc.com Sr. Business Intelligence Software Developer Duration: 6 months Location: De Pere, WI Job Responsibilities: • Deliver Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence capabilities to the business using the Microsoft BI platform • Model data in the ODS, Data Warehouse and tabular model • Identify and resolve inefficiencies and gaps in existing Business Intelligence solutions • Define metrics and calculations along with the corresponding updates to the semantic layer • Design and develop ETL processes using Informatica • Work with the business community to identify, analyze and document BI needs • Design and develop reports and dashboards for various business units • Assist in the definition of Business Intelligence strategy within the IT department • Provide technical guidance to Business Intelligence developers to include design reviews, code reviews and training • Work in a team environment and collaborate with peers and users through all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Test all code and programs prior to releasing to the quality assurance process; quickly resolve all issues identified in the testing process • Maintain up-to-date business domain knowledge and technical skills in Business Intelligence technologies and methodologies • Create and maintain documentation for Business Intelligence processes and procedures Specific Skill or Knowledge Required: • Demonstrated expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL, data modeling and reporting • 5+ years Business Intelligence development experience • Data Warehouse logical and physical design skills • Knowledge of IT testing practices • Strong analytic and problem solving skills • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and independently • A passion for continuous learning and staying informed of the latest trends and technologies Thanks.
