Job Title Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Technical Consultant Duration Full time position Location Columbus OH Skills Core Requirements: § Minimum of 10 years experience working with various Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM projects § Minimum one Peoplesoft FSCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade Project experience § Minimum 3 End to End PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0/9.1/9.2 Implementations § Should have exposure in upgrade projects, maintenance projects, Bundles, patches etc. § Financials Modules – General Ledger, Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Billing, eProcurement, Treasury, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project costing, eSettlements. § Good understanding of PeopleSoft Table structures, ER diagrams § Experience in designing and configuring PeopleSoft FSCM application § Experience in integration points of PS modules and interfaces with third party apps. § Understand and support end to end implementation project activities right from Requirements, Data conversion to GO Live Activities § Proficient in Functional Requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, designing solutions , providing workarounds, end user training, Demos § Good functional requirement validation/functional testing skills § Should be able to understand, design, test new custom Processes, Interfaces, Reports as per Business requirements § Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives. § Good Documentation skills – Functional Specifications, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents § Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients § Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools , Change management tools and other project management tools Other Requirements: § Basic Knowledge of Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, SQL, Crystal and nVision, Integration Broker, Analytics § Able to deliver with quality products under multiple deadlines. § Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. § Should have worked with Global Clients § Must be able to work with minimum guidance § Must be able to guide and mentor junior team members § Understand and support end to end implementation project activities right from Requirements, Data conversion to GO Live Activities § Should be able to coordinate with distributed global teams (business users, on site, offshore, developers).
