Troubleshoot, solve problems and recommend solutions. *Requirements/Must Have:* · Extensive experience (5-8+ years) developing enterprise web based applications using Java and best-practice approaches to achieve a high degree of component reuse. · Strong development experience with Java and WebSphere version 8.x, Rational and Eclipse tools - Strong development experience with integration *of WebSphere, WebSphere Portal, Oracle & SQL Server,* Siteminder and eDirectory · Very Strong development experience with foundational Java technologies (e.g. Java Frameworks (Struts, Spring,), JSP and JavaScript). · Strong experience refactoring code and leading code reviews. · Candidate will possess advanced SQL knowledge and skill. · Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written). · Expertise in the design of N-tier web applications. · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. · Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions. · Self Starter.
