Response was pretty positive. There was also discussion of DnD to/from the path/sidebar and adding context menus to these. Also, the Apple patent (#6,307,545), entails a lot more than just "open a folder when you pause over it" and many didn't belive that this would violate it, at all. Or, as Calum Benson, from Sun said:
"Also bear in mind that working on any feature with knowldege of patents in the same field usually puts you in a worse legal position than if you didn't know about the patent in the first place... when it comes tosoftware patents, ignorance is usually bliss :) (Provided you have lawyers who can worry about it for you, anyway...)"
