Looks like pendrive is reporting its end-of-life that way, I saw that several times. Dump the disk image asap while you can still read it, sysutils/ddrescue is your friend when cam fails / disk disappears it will wait and retry :-) https://www.freshports.org/sysutils/ddrescue/ After you have secured your data you can play more.
