I have one other question. I found that I can use the shell command "du -h" in an irev script to get the file size of a file on the on-rev server. Is a file that is being uploaded written to the server sequentially as it is uploaded, or, is it uploaded to memory in the server and then written to the directory once it is completely uploaded? If the first option is true, could you use a script with the "du -h" shell command to periodically check the file size of the file being uploaded?
