The ancient (but free) darzTimer plugin for precision performance timing does not work on LiveCode 9.5.0 RC 1 64-bit on Windows 10. It uses an embedded external for Windows timing and that might be where the problem is.
It still works on 9.0.5. It is due for a redesign. I think another digit can be squeezed out for macOS and jitter can be reduced slightly for both Mac and Windows.
