No, Bob, not harsh at all. I don't see much judgement being passed, really. There is only slight and mostly implied chacterization of Apple's obvious marketring strategy. I'm not going to flame you, but your apologia strikes me as being almost irrelevant to the issue of directing traffic in a gratuitous fashion through Apple's various money-making apparatus. Not always convenient for the consumer, but certainly convenient for Apple.
