Paul, if you open the Livecode Dictionary, then you can see 2 tabs in the left upper corner. One is labeled "API" and one is labeled "Guide".
Click on "Guide" and then select "Deploying Your Application" and then "HTML5 Deployment settings". There you should find a bunch of information. Hope this helps.
