I wasn't blaming the tools by any means. I guess eventually, you build up a library of infrastructure tools (license checking, delivery mechanisms, bug reporting, etc) just as you do with code libraries so it becomes less of a headache.
I'll freely admit I'm my own worst enemy in this because I invariably leave these things to the last minute in favour of concentrating on functionality and UI.
