Not via any of the various Docks available for Linux; one must click on
the executable itself.
I don't have a version of Linux to test on, and I'm pretty ignorant of
the whole system anyway, so I can't be much help. I just crossed my
fingers, built it and zipped it up. I vaguely remember you have to set
the executable bit manually but you probably already knew that. Maybe
someone else knows how docks work there.
