Bought a copy after looking at the preview pages. Might I suggest a few more screenshots at the start to show where the different parts of the interface are. For example, your describe the edit/run buttons but a screenshot would be far more effective, especially for a new user.
I, too, join the chorus for a PDF and ebook formats. An associate of mine sells his books through Amazon which can offer different formats as well as a print-to-order capability. This significantly cuts down on the cost of book production. You might also consider making a PDF version available for those who have purchased the print version.
