Kay, That’s not the case here. Turns out I found a reference to this here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25756669/app-does-not-contain-the-correct-beta-entitlement/25762530#25762530, and it will require that a new entitlement entry be put into the entitlements template for iOS apps. You have to scroll down that page a bit, but there’s a screen shot that shows the key that’s required, "beta-reports-active". It should be fairly easy to manually edit the template if needed.
