Hi Gregory

I believe that you need to use absolute filepaths in the Apache configuration 
file rather than relative ones. So I think you will need to change

        "Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/“>

to

        “/Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/“> or

        “/Users/<username>/Library/WebServer/CGI-Executables/“>

You will need to change the script-alias entry to match.
