I'm a founder and cPanel has me at:

Disk Space Usage        xxxxx GB / 97.66 GB
Monthly Bandwidth Transfer      xxxxxGB / 488.28 GB

My guess is that with all the server shuffling you got reduced by mistake.
If your banging up against the limit wakeup David if not send a support
request.
