The specialFolderPath() has many more options. I later versions (post 5.5?) there are 2 short cuts also. These folders are common for both mobile platforms. IOS has a few more.
specialFolderPath("engine") = the engine folder. specialFolderPath("documents") = the documents folder. specialFolderPath("cache") = No equivalent. specialFolderPath("resources") = No equivalent.
